Terms of Use

Enhydra RPO is a free, no-account image processing service. These terms are short because the service is simple. Using it means you accept what is written here. If anything is unclear, the governing principle is straightforward: use the service honestly, for images you have the right to process, without trying to harm it or the people who use it alongside you.

Your responsibility for the content you upload

You may only upload images you own outright or have an explicit right to process — through a license, a client agreement, or the photographer having granted you that permission. Uploading images you do not have rights to does not become permissible because the service is free or automated.

Do not upload illegal content of any kind. This includes, but is not limited to, content that infringes copyright at scale, material depicting abuse, or anything prohibited under applicable law in your jurisdiction. The service is for legitimate image processing workflows: photography, design, publishing, e-commerce, and similar uses.

You are responsible for verifying that your output files are correct before discarding your originals. Processing is designed to be reliable, but no automated service can guarantee a perfect result for every file and every configuration. Keep your source files until you have confirmed the results meet your needs.

Service provided as-is

Enhydra RPO is provided free of charge, without any guarantee of uptime, uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free operation. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or due to circumstances outside our control. Features may change, be added, or be removed as the service evolves.

We are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the service, including lost files, processing errors, or periods of unavailability. The free, no-account nature of the service reflects the absence of any service-level commitment — you are not paying for guaranteed throughput, and none is promised.

Acceptable technical use

Using the service through the normal web interface is always fine, including large batches up to the documented limits of 200 files and 80 MB per file. Automated abuse — flooding the service with requests programmatically to degrade performance for other users, probing for vulnerabilities, or attempting to access job data belonging to other sessions — is not permitted and may result in access being blocked. Reasonable scripted use through the documented API, within normal rate limits, is fine.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the service grows or as legal requirements change. The current version is always on this page. Material changes will be reflected here; the date of the last revision appears at the top of the page when applicable. Continuing to use the service after a change is posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
